I have a zero tolerance copyright policy and will typically go after anyone that violates copyright laws with a vengeance. This gallery and all my images anywhere on the web I choose to display them are protected by copyrights laws. The copy, edition, publication and/or reproduction of any images of this gallery are not allowed without my permission. This includes use for stock, reference, website wallpapers, photomanipulations, avatars or reproduction of any kind. ALL artwork in my gallery are original and finished pieces.

Of course, I am available to create commissioned photos that would be created especially for the requester/client to use. Some images on this site may be licensed depending on use and fees discussed

Now I know some images are picked up and used by bloggers, mainly to show it as a piece of art. In general I have no problem with this as long as proper credit is given and a link back to the site is given. If the image is used in any other way, espically derogatory towards myself or the model, I will again go after you to the full extent of the law.

All material displayed on this website is exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.
